I think it will guide the people who are eating him and find out the bad things happen while eating a puppy.Clearly, there's a bot looking for the word "puppies" and willing to post something close to a coherent English thought wherever that word may be. Equally clearly, it's not very good at the "coherent" bit, or at having any guidance on context. Thus I postulate that we are safe from the Singularity for at least a little while.
